Origins
This is our original “conserva” whose success led to the development of the Lavecia range.
Our tomatoes are sourced from the nearby Azienda Agricola Guelfi in Umbria.
The tomatoes selected from the second harvest and are fully mature with firm flesh preserved with the skin removed. Our “conserva” is the best way to enjoy flavoursome, high quality tomatoes all year round.

Serve roasted, au gratin or use as a foundation to prepare sauces that will provide the aroma and flavour of the summer months.
