The Cherry Bomb peppers have each been individually selected for quality and equivalent degree of maturity.

The organic oregano is sourced from Canecattì, renowned for the unique flavors from the soil of Sicily.

The capers from the island of Salina are called “perle di gusto” (pearls of taste) and are famous for their distinct flavor and perfume.

Baby tomatoes are selected for their size and unmistakable flavor and are baked with thyme and cane sugar.

Fresh tuna fillets cut into bite sized pieces, are prepared by lightly grilling them to maximize the taste.

Hints of lime zest add an aromatic final touch.
