Stanley Plum Jam

with Modena DOP Balsamic Vinegar and Rossano Licorice

Origins

The plums come from the exclusive Agricola Guelfi farm in Umbria. We select the firmer plums, with robust pulp and slightly behind in ripening.

Combined with two excellent Italian products: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP and Licorice di Rossano, they create a jam that tantilises the palate for its complexity and pleasing flavours.

Ideal match

With very seasoned cow or sheep milk cheese such as “pugliese canestrato”, “toscano pecorino riserva”, “bitto”, “fiore sardo”, “montasio stravecchio”.
